MEET YOUR COACH
Chris Vasami is a 38-year-old husband, father, athlete, nutritionist and business owner in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a former professional baseball player and then trainer/hitting coach to young athletes, Chris has always known the importance of nutrition, but it was his battle with cancer and thyroid disease for the past 7 years that propelled him to learn and understand how nutrition, lifestyle and mindset play such a key role in being able to correct, perform and thrive to live your best life no matter what circumstances you may be dealing with.

Chris helps lead people to accomplish meaningful changes in their lifestyle by focusing on proper nutrition, positive adjustments to their overall perspectives, and by creating personal systems that result in daily wins and personal growth. Chris is able to combine his passion for coaching, nutrition, training, lifestyle and human connection, to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Through his many years of coaching and speaking appearances Chris has been able to see the impact that he is able to have and that being useful to people truly brings him so much joy.

Chris’s philosophy is to take a holistic approach to helping people. He believes that working on the mental and emotional aspects of someone’s life is just as important as the physical. He calls upon his own experiences in life and on his health journey to relate to his clients to help them reach whatever goals they have set for themselves. Chris is constantly working to become the best coach he can be and to connect with every individual that comes his way.
When he is not working with clients or studying holistic wellness, Chris is training or at home with his wife Paige and daughters Lanie and Georgia. Chris also loves to travel and read.
